Luxurious Atlanta has “Terms & Conditions” that outline the ground rules for users visiting our website. This section also serves as a binding agreement between you (our website users) and us (Luxurious Atlanta). By reserving a home/mansion with Luxurious Atlanta, you agree to the terms and conditions described below:

Booking Policy
You can reserve or book your preferred dates by depositing half (50%) of the total rental fee, and it’s the requirement. You will have 30 days before your arrival to pay the remaining balance. If you make a reservation within 30 days of arrival, you will be responsible for paying full payment when booking.
Cancellation Policy
You can cancel your reservation by following the cancellation policy stated below:
- We will ensure a full refund of the deposit, minus a $100 cancellation fee, if you cancel your reservation more than 60 days before your arrival date.
- We’ll not be liable for issuing a refund of the amount you paid if you cancel your reservation less than 60 days before the arrival date.
- We’ll not be liable for issuing a refund of the total rental fee if you cancel less than 30 days before the arrival date.
Check-In/Check-Out Policy
Check-in and check-out times are at 4:00 PM and 10:00 AM, respectively. We may arrange early check-ins and late check-outs upon your request, and this is subject to availability.
Maximum Occupancy
Each property can accommodate a certain number of occupancy. And for each property, the property description on the website clearly states the maximum occupancy. We do not allow additional people without prior approval. Otherwise, we may charge additional fees.
Smoking and Pets
We strictly prohibit smoking inside any of our properties. However, each property has a dedicated smoking area. We do not allow pets. However, you will need to get our approval before your arrival.
Damage and Liability
You will be responsible for everything during your stay, like any damage to the property and its amenities. We will charge for any damages and missing items and will not be liable for any damage, injury, or loss if you or your guests experience.
Governing Law
We comply with all the laws of the State of Georgia, and these terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed according to such laws.
